All full-priced items can be returned for an Online Credit Note (E-Gift Card) or refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. (21 days for international returns).

To create a return - PLEASE CONTACT US using chatbox and provide the order number within 7 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.

To receive Online Credit Note (e-gift card) your order must meet the following conditions, and be returned within the timeframe. 

• be new and unworn with original tags attached.
• must not be marked as a final sale item on our website (this is in the product description)
• has no make-up or tan lines
• must not be washed

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. A refund is made to the original payment method.

Please note that while every effort is made to accurately display the color of our clothing and accessories for sale on our website. But due to many differences in devices, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
