We have added to our payment feature the fast and secured functionality of Coinbase Commerce to accept cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum and USDT.

We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:

Billing or shipping address update

Addition or removal of items

Change in color/size of items

Addition or removal of a discount code

Order cancellation request

Shipping method change

Delivery on average takes 2 - 5 working days - most of our packages are shipped using standard Delivery @ $4.99. Free Shipping is provided on orders over $70.00 to the USA (mainland).

Standard International shipping is 5-10 working days @ $4.99. Free shipping on orders over $70.00 to rest of the world. Shipping and Delivery to India is not available at this time.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

**Estimated time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time of up to 2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Hadasshe.com. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large. Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel. If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us ASAP.

If your package is still lost or missing, you must wait to contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date of your order to file a claim.

Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

Hadasshe Fashion does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. Refund or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered, may be refunded once claim is assessed and approved.

Step 4 - Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Hadasshe issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

Is canceled by Hadasshe

One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed

Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Hadasshe will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your E-Gift Card immediately.

One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.
