We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:

  • Billing or shipping address update
  • Addition or removal of items
  • Change in color/size of items
  • Addition or removal of a discount code
  • Order cancellation request
  • Shipping method change

Delivery on average takes 2 - 10 business working days. Free Shipping is provided on all USA orders over $59.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

**Estimated time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include the standard processing time of up to 1 business day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large. Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel. If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us ASAP.
If your package is still lost or missing, you must wait to contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date of your order to file a claim. Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered. Hadasshe Fashion does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. Refund or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered, may be refunded once claim is assessed and approved.

Step 3 - Use chatbox and provide your order number and clearly state the reason for return. Pictures may be uploaded to verify your request.

Step 4 - Once your request is approved, an email with the return shipping details will be sent. 

Hadasshe issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is cancelled by Hadasshe
  • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
  • Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

     

    Hadasshe will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

     

    If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your E-Gift Card immediately.
One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.
Tracking information for an order is included in the email sent confirming that your item(s) are packaged and ready to ship. To get updates, simply click tracking number and you will be taken to the track your order page.
